Ask Better Questions!

Our brains are designed to be natural puzzle solvers. It is generalized that we utilize our left side of our brain to control the right side of our bodies and is important for logic and rational thinking, while the right side of our brain is primarily used to control the left side of our bodies and is also involved with creativity and artistic abilities. Numerous arguments stand even today as to what part of the brain controls the subconscious or unconscious depending on which name you would like to reference it by.

Regardless, Carl G. Jung, Swiss Psychiatrist (1875-1961), knew the power of the subconscious mind when he stated, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

Although the general consensus for many years was that we only used 10% of our brain, neurologist Dr. Richard Cytowic argues that the brain regions once believed to be “silent” are actually stimulating with activity.

So is it possible that these areas in fact is where our subconscious or unconscious activity stems from; utilizing both sides of our brain along with these ‘silent’ areas?

Whether it is the left side, right side, or unconscious assisting us with our daily life functions and problem solving, I believe, they are all working together to attain the ultimate results.

So let me pose this question to you. Have you ever been asked something where your initial response was “I don’t know,” but you thought for a millisecond and found yourself adding to that response with further explanation or an actual answer? This is because whether you realize it or not, you can not physically stop your brain from processing your surroundings including what it sees, hears, or feels. It is consistently taking in everything, just like that sponge we reference our children’s brains to be, and drawing conclusions for you to continue to move forward.

Hypothetically then, if you can relate and remember a time in which this has happened (and if you say it has not happened to you then you lie about other things too); then it is logical to understand that if you are stuck on something, want to move past something, or are trying to gain a better result or outcome, your first step is to ask yourself a question. And if you are not seeing the answer you feel is best, ASK ANOTHER ONE and ANOTHER ONE and ANOTHER ONE until you have a menu of ideas, answers, and outcomes to choose from.

‘Brainstorming’ is not just making lists of ideas off of one question, I believe, but asking limitless questions until the result you are seeking is pulled from your unconscious to the conscious state.

We have the tools within us to achieve the results we seek. Thus my patented techniques are used to unlock these areas even further and stop calling your unconscious decisions fate. I teach you to create fate. More can be found in my upcoming book, out 2020!
