Since an affirmation is a statement, declaration, or action affirming something or being affirmed; also known as an emotional support or encouragement of someone, I wanted to take a moment and remind you that you must be careful to not over encourage yourself and therefore, take part in the act of assirmation.

My belief is that the definition of an Assirmation is:

The self declaration of an EXCUSE to not live to your fullest potential.
